Bulk Nutrients’ Quick Protein Pancakes deliver 40g of protein per 100g serve with less than 5g of fat. Using wholemeal flour, coconut flour and a blend of protein sources, including whey and casein, Bulk Nutrients Protein Pancakes are wholesome yet delicious.

Directions to make Protein Pancakes
Combine entire sachet with 180ml of water in a bowl or shaker.
Mix well before pouring into a hot pan.
When cooked through, allow to cool slightly before consuming.
100g makes 4x 10cm pancakes.
Mixture will thicken on standing - add 1 tbsp extra water if necessary.
