A whole free range chook, flattened, marinated and vacuum sealed.
So easy to throw on the BBQ or straight into the oven for 40 to 50 mins at preheated 180 degrees Celsius.
Simply slide the chook out of the bag into a baking tray, add half a cup of water in the bag, swish around, then pour that lovely marinade over the chook. Let the chook rest for about 10 mins before plating up.
The left over juices are amazing on mash or some steamed rice. Super easy dinner!
