Murray River Sea Salt Flakes
Produced from ancient saline waters sourced from underground aquifers found in Australia's Murrary Darling Basin Region. By harvesting from the aquifers, that otherwise would empty into the Murrary River, is helping to contribute to the effort in combatting Australia's inland salinity problem. These ancient saline waters contain naturally occurring minerals, such as magnesium, calcium, potassium and iodine contributing to the flavour of each flake and the delicacy in the texture.
