Ordering & FAQs
Payment is either through the website or you can select cash on delivery or EFT (bank transfer).
You can order across our site and add to one cart.
An order that contains perishable items (such as fruit and vegetables) will automatically be allocated to a delivery if you are within our delivery areas.
An order that contains only non-perishable items (such as essential oils) and/or is outside our delivery areas will automatically be allocated to be shipped/posted.
You do not need to be home to receive your delivery (unless it contains items that must go into the fridge such as dairy or some bakery items).
You can contact us at any time to get a driver update. We will text you when your order arrives.
If you would like to do an off line order please contact us at email@example.com and we can process your order over the phone or email and you can pay via EFT into our bank account or cash on delivery.
Order cut-offs are 12pm for a next day delivery.
Discounts for some individuals
We know that home delivery is sometimes the only option for some people.
Please contact us before you order and we will provide you with a code for a discount on your orders and priority delivery if you have a:
- Health Care Card
- Pensioner Concession Card
- You’re a mum with a newborn or a baby under 12 months
- You’ve just had surgery
You have a disability or health condition that means you can't drive
Fruit and Vegetable Boxes
These boxes contain a mix of seasonal fruit and vegetables. The boxes cannot be customized and no refunds will be issued for requests that were not fulfilled.
Issues or Complaints
Please email us as soon as your receive your delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not satisfied with it in anyway.
