Salted Caramel Smoothie
Serves 1
- 1 cup milk (any)
- 2 tbs natural yoghurt
- 1 cup ice
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Place milk, yoghurt, date, ice, protein powder and salt into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and stir through chia seeds to serve.
