Raspberry Smoothie
Serves 1
- 1⁄2 frozen banana
- 1⁄2 cup frozen raspberries
- 3 tbs Greek yoghurt
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbs rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes)
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of water until smooth.
