Raspberry Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 1⁄2 frozen banana
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 tbs Greek yoghurt
  • 30g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbs rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes)
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of water until smooth.
