Green Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1, Cook None

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit (one half sliced to serve)
  • 30g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tbs natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp unsweetened shaved or shredded coconut

Place 3/4 of the banana (slice the rest to serve), 1 kiwi fruit, spinach and peanut butter with 1/2 cup of water in a blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour liquid into a bowl and top with remaining banana and kiwi, and sprinkle with coconut.

(You can top with berries, crushed nuts, chia or pumpkin seeds etc.)
