Tropical Smoothie Bowl



  • 1/2 cup milk (any type)
  • 4 large ice cubs
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 fresh mango sliced (or 1/2 cup of frozen mango pieces)
  • 1 serve of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Toppings - Choose the ones below or you can top with your own fresh fruit, berries, nuts and seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground flaxseeds or LSA
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
  • 20 grams of blueberries
  • 1 sprig of mint leaves picked


  1. Place the milk, ice cubes, mango, banana, protein powder, lemon juice and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  3. Arrange the toppings on top of the smoothie bowl and then serve.
