Tropical Smoothie Bowl
- 1/2 cup milk (any type)
- 4 large ice cubs
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 fresh mango sliced (or 1/2 cup of frozen mango pieces)
- 1 serve of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Toppings - Choose the ones below or you can top with your own fresh fruit, berries, nuts and seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground flaxseeds or LSA
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
- 20 grams of blueberries
- 1 sprig of mint leaves picked
- Place the milk, ice cubes, mango, banana, protein powder, lemon juice and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
- Arrange the toppings on top of the smoothie bowl and then serve.
