Strawberry Yoghurt Smoothie
- 1 to 2 cups of cold water or milk (dairy or other milk)
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1 serving of vanilla or strawberry protein powder
- 1/2 cup of natural or plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal or LSA
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until all combined. To alter the consistency to make the smoothie thinner or thicker, add more or less liquid.
