Strawberry Yoghurt Smoothie


  • 1 to 2 cups of cold water or milk (dairy or other milk)
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1 serving of vanilla or strawberry protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of natural or plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal or LSA

    Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until all combined. To alter the consistency to make the smoothie thinner or thicker, add more or less liquid. 

    Serves 1
