Spring Breakfast Cups
Prep 10 Min, Cook None , Serves 2
- 250 grams of fresh strawberries sliced
- ½ cup of Greek or Vanilla yoghurt
- 30 grams of walnuts
- 30 grams of almond flakes
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
Start by placing 1 ½ tablespoons of yoghurt at the bottom of each glass. Continue to layer adding a quarter of both the nuts and then the berries and repeat. Top with any additional berries and fresh mint and serve.
