Peach & Berry Smoothie
- 3/4 cup milk (any type)
- 30 grams vanilla protein powder
- 1 fresh peach, yellow or white, pitted
- 30 grams of fresh or frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
