• 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of milk (any)
  • A small handful of baby spinach
  • 1 medium sized mushroom 
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Combine all ingredients into the egg mix.
  3. Pour into a frypan.
  4. Cook without stirring for two minutes then fold the omelette in half.
  5. Serve.
