Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cups of dairy or other milk
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango pieces
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1 tablespoon of crushed flaxseeds or LSA
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth consistently. To make your smoothie thicker or thinner add more or less liquid.
