Mango Smoothie


  • 1 to 2 cups of dairy or other milk
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango pieces
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed flaxseeds or LSA


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth consistently. To make your smoothie thicker or thinner add more or less liquid.
