Cinnamon Pear Smoothie

Prep 5 min, Cook None, Serves 1


  • 3/4 cup of milk (any)
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 a pear, cored and then roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
