Chicken & Salad Wrap


  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 100g of chicken, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon of tzatziki or hummus dip
  • 1 tablespoon of mashed avocado
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 20 grams of mixed salad leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of fat free mayonnaise


  1. Spread the wholemeal wrap with your choice of dip and avocado, top with chicken, tomato, cucumber and salad leaves and drizzle the fat free mayonnaise on top. 

  2. Season with salt and pepper, roll up and enjoy.
