Chicken Detox Salad
- 150 grams of cooked chicken breast
- ¼ cup of sliced celery
- ¼ cup of sliced red capsicum
- ¼ cup of fresh snow peas
- 1 cup of lettuce
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 small tomato cut into wedges
- Chopped parsley or coriander
- Cracked black pepper
- Olive oil with squeeze of lemon
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Dress with chopped herbs, pepper and olive oil and lemon.
- Serve immediately.
