Chicken Detox Salad

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of cooked chicken breast
  • ¼ cup of sliced celery
  • ¼ cup of sliced red capsicum
  • ¼ cup of fresh snow peas
  • 1 cup of lettuce
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 small tomato cut into wedges
  • Chopped parsley or coriander
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Olive oil with squeeze of lemon

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients together.
  2. Dress with chopped herbs, pepper and olive oil and lemon.
  3. Serve immediately.

Serves 1
