Blueberry Smoothie


  • 1 to 2 cups of water or milk (dairy or other)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup or natural or plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed flaxseeds or LSA


Place ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth consistency. You can reduce or increase the liquid content to make your smoothie thicker or thinner.
