Easy & Quick Beetroot Dip


  • 225 gram can of sliced beetroot, drained
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) of natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cumin


  1. Blend or process all ingredients until smooth. 
  2. Serve with a selection of crunchy vegetables - carrot sticks, cucumber, capsicum and celery for a healthy snack. 

Serves 4
