Easy & Quick Beetroot Dip
- 225 gram can of sliced beetroot, drained
- 1/4 cup (60ml) of natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
- Blend or process all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve with a selection of crunchy vegetables - carrot sticks, cucumber, capsicum and celery for a healthy snack.
